Your role as Project Manager:

* Achieve growth and profitability targets for the Abatement, TMS (Thermal Management System), IS (Integrated System) & EUV (Extreme UltraViolet Lithography) business through the implementation of NPI and continuous improvement projects

* Introduce new products in time to meet market related needs and opportunities

* Use your expertise to plan, direct, and execute highly engineered semi equipment projects for local and global customers; by aligning a multidisciplinary project team that includes technical, manufacturing engineering, procurement, operations and service

* Develop positive relationships with customer center and product management teams to promote collaborative relationships to develop business objectives

To succeed you will need:

* 5 years involvement in the process of new product development in a high technology environment (ideally Semi related).
* Understanding of project management to meet schedule, budget and spec.
* Understanding of the complex commercialization process in an industrial project setting

* A proven ability to manage projects - delivering products on time, to specification and on budget.
* A proven ability to generate and execute detailed project plans - including - resource planning, cost tracking and control, and schedule adherence whilst maintaining the flexibility required to react to rapidly changing market drivers

* Management expertise: able to build a cohesive team, to provide leadership and direction, and to foster good communications within and between project teams.

* Influencing, communication, presentation and negotiating skills at the highest levels, both internally and externally. Influencing across functional boundaries and clearly communicating scope and timing are key elements of this role.

* MS Office, MS Project or equivalent

* Desirable - Prince 2, or PMP certification or equivalent
